I merged all of my passions into this collective, as photography was merely one way of telling not only my story, but so many others. There was a time in my life I didn’t have a voice and truly believed my story didn’t matter - more on that later. Over the years as I have grown as a woman and mother, I refuse to be quiet. Stories need to be shared in safe places. We need to hear them, read them, marinate on them, and apply the lessons so painfully learned from others lives into our own.
As a momma of 3 incredible but VERY strong teenagers, my stories will be shared. As an emergency room nurse with a deep love for my profession (and 2nd career), my stories will be shared. As the matriarch of my home and single woman navigating this wild world, my stories will be told. And as a woman, who 10 years ago was paralyzed with fear at the mere thought of a firearm, who has now evolved to competing and forging a path for others to do the same … my stories will be told.
